AQA is currently the only
exam board in the UK offering the subject and it announced last
week that
Art History would not be offered to new students after this year.
My son, along with so many of his peers, are opting - in and taking the English Language
Arts state assessments this
week because I know how critical these
exams are for measuring gains and gaps in our schools.
Along with replacing paper - based tests on English language
arts / literacy (ELA) and mathematics with the new computer - based California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) tests, California has created a new online reporting system that will provide permissioned users with partial, preliminary scores within three
weeks of students having completed the
exam.
