I made it last weekend
as a cold pasta salad, and it was AWESOME the day I made it, but the next day it was a bone - dry addition to my baby kale salad.
I've only made
it as cold pasta salad, but I can imagine how much better it tastes heated up... And I'm sure my mom was extremely glad once I got my driver's license and she had one fewer kid's activities to drive to and worry about.
