In a unique way it feels both indulgent and refreshing, which makes it designed for summer days.
I often make this
cucumber tomato salad recipe on Saturday night and enjoy it
as a lunch after church or
as a side dish to pair with something I've grilled or made
in the crock pot for Sunday dinner.
I like to make a big batch of this nutty, sweet, gingery sauce to use

in the UK so get making this asap.
