It can be as simple
as a cucumber juice or perhaps some kale with pineapple.

juices in so many creative flavours, my favourite was the
cucumber, pineapple and jalapeño
juice,
as well
as wonderful smoothies.
My only recommendation would be to
juice the mint leaves at the same time
as the
cucumber, apples or pears
as that way you'll get more mint
juice.
I'm a big proponent of green
juice as it doesn't contain any fiber to get in the way of you absorbing micronutrients from the ingredients in your
juice, be that kale,
cucumber, apple or whatever else.

cucumber or zucchini + lemon
as these ingredients add to the content of
juice because it has high water content plus it only contains very minimal amount of sugar so it is safe to add this without worrying about the

I also love how the lime zest sinks to the bottom of the popsicle mold
as it freezes, embedded in the pineapple

cucumber juice naturally floats to the top of the mold.

Here are a few other commonly reported irritants in diets: excessive caffeine (including chocolate); flavorful spices such

Be sure to get most of it from the greens, using bok choy, celery or
cucumber as the main
juicing base.
It is wise to drink alkaline beverages during this time such
as herbal teas, aloe vera
juice or celery, mint,
cucumber and carrot
juice.
Alkaline
juices or smoothies contain plenty of green produce such
as green apples, celery,
cucumber, mint, parsley and fennel combined with carrot; these foods alkalinize your gut thereby reducing excess stomach acidity.
Some of my favorite things to
juice are green apples,
cucumbers, celery, lemons and limes
as these all make a lot of
juice and are low in sugar and rich in nutrients.

Great
juicing staples include celery,
cucumber, lemon / lime and granny smith apple
as these are all very low in sugar and produce a lot of
juice.
When building your
juice, stick to lots of green, water - containing vegetables
as your base — think
cucumber, celery and romaine lettuce.
Celery produces a lot of
juice at a low price, and while
cucumber isn't
as inexpensive it does make a lot of
juice, so your money really goes a long way with this
juice blend.
Every morning, you're served a healthy breakfast including a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, such
as melons, kiwis, avocados, tomatoes,
cucumber, etc. fresh
juices, mint tea and coffee
as well
as Moroccan pancakes, fresh bread, eggs, jams, honey, cereals, etc..
Clearly raw potatoes are not
as glamorous
as raw
cucumbers — and their starchy
juice is not
as pleasant
as the fresh scent of
cucumber, but people swear by them for reducing puffiness and minimizing dark circles.
