as the team around them is completely fragile and they just don't have the correct mentality or skill set to become good in those roles

midfielder, a central defender is arguably next
at the top of his to - do list
as he looks to rebuild the spine of a team that finished 10th in the Premier League last season and is short of options
at the back with John Terry, Gary Cahill and Kurt Zouma arguably not enough.
