Year ago, when I started out
as a newbie investor, I called up my friend who was working with one of the largest and most respected mutual funds in town then.
As a newbie investor I was curious if there was such thing as a «Saturated Market» or is that just a myth or excuse that people use when their stuff doesn't work or they don't get the «typical» results.
I think sometimes
as a newbie investor in the real estate realm you don't want to put your foot in your mouth or appear foolish.
Negotiating a deal can be one of the most intimidating skills to learn
as a newbie investor.
As a newbie investor with money, but no deals or time (or so I thought)-- I'm implementing several strategies discussed and am confident it will lead to success in the next 30 days.

Ironically, most

Except this rule would imply buying no individual stocks... since

investor (I have two buy and holds), I have interest in rehab and / or flipping houses in the future.
Instead of taking the less than 1 % that made it in business, etc and using them
as a reference to compare with a
newbie investing in real estate, take what the average business, sales person, corporate person makes and compare it to an experienced
investor, and I'll bet the experienced
investor's wealth will be a lot greater and the amount of time that they work is a lot less.
