In case any software issues occur on any of these

Google also recommends that the developers update their apps

Rebranding Android Wear to Wear
OS also eliminates the notion that Android - Wear powered devices are only available to Android smartphone owners,
as Android Wear
smartwatches work with iPhones.
Although the Android Wear name might be dead, Google's Wear
OS smartwatch platform is still chugging along mostly
as a result of fashion and luxury brands like Kate Spade, Tag Heuer, and others.
So this is the right time for Google to enter into the wearable category,
as they announce Android Wear, a special separate version of Android
OS, which would work only for the wearable devices — the
smartwatches.
Samsung had named their first
smartwatch as the Samsung Galaxy Gear, but now the new Tizen
OS has made them remove the Galaxy branding, and thus came the Samsung Gear 2, the
smartwatch which is quite better than the first gen wearable.
Google just introduced the Android Wear
OS for the smart watches (the wearable devices), and one of the early partners for it is Motorola, with the introduction of Moto 360
smartwatch, but many might not have noticed that Google actually introduced the LG G Watch
as one of the first devices being powered with the Android Wear
OS, and this will be the first device to be launched with the Android Wear.

smartwatch is coming with the Android Wear
OS with all the features such
as Google Now, etc..
The biggest addition for the upcoming Android Wear 2.0
smartwatch is that the
OS will have the capability for applications to installed

as used without having to link them to a phone.
Using these three buttons does make it much easier to navigate through the
OS of the
smartwatch, and since there is room around the watch to accommodate them, you might
as well have them available to the user.
It doesn't resemble any features of the current Apple
smartwatch and is said to be made
as a giveaway promotional item for Mac
OS.
Expect plenty of changes in the new
smartwatch OS, including enhancements to existing features
as well
as new capabilities.
The new
smartwatch OS is currently available
as a developer preview, but is due for final release this fall.
