I've been teaching yoga now for about 3 years, and
as a yoga teacher people always always ask about my diet... I'm not entirely sure why, but anyway, they always expect me to come out with a strict label like vegan /

in general extremely healthy
as like us they eat loads of Thai vegetables and superfood spices such
as fresh turmeric, galangal, etc but some
vegetarians we know are what they call «junk food
