Scoring programs for the CAPA and YAPA, written in SAS, 41 combined information about the date of onset, duration, and intensity of each symptom to create
diagnoses according to the DSM - IV.29 With the exception of attention - deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), for which only parental reports were counted, a symptom was counted
as present if it was reported by either the parent or the child until

We defined adult - onset MDD
