I have to cut all of that * stuff * out entirely and focus on eating nutrient dense protein sources of foods that are relatively free of soy such
as beef liver, oysters, clams, wild caught sardines, and

as beef,
gelatin, liver and pork.
Yes, pork would be a better option
as you would probably have a reaction to
gelatin from
beef if you have a true
beef allergy.
