as blueberry coconut pancakes, maca cacao hotcakes, or baked eggs with spinach and beans!

I was pretty hungry

as I woke up, so I made a yogurt breakfast bowl with dairy - free forager project «cashewgurt» in
blueberry, with
coconut granola and lots of
blueberries!
Since I'm celebrating my one year anniversary I wanted everyone to celebrate it with me, I've already uploaded a recipe for blackberry bars but for those who are gluten and / or refined sugar free I've made another recipe for
blueberry / raspberry
coconut bars, oh and did I mention they are raw
as well!
Make it
as is or experiment with adding your favorite berries (like frozen
blueberries or açaí), replacing
coconut cream with almond or cashew butter, and switching maple /
coconut water for nut milk of your choice.
I wanted to keep this bowl super healthy,
as we've had a few indulgent recipes lately, so I added some frozen raspberries and
blueberries for sweetness, some desiccated
coconut, mixed nuts and seeds and some dried cranberries.
2 cups of buckwheat groats, soaked 2 - 4 hours 1 cup raw almonds (dried & activated if you have time — see note below) 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup whole flaxseed 1 cup desiccated
coconut 1tsp ground cinnamon 1tsp ground ginger 1 tsp vanilla powder pinch himalayan pink salt 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (see note below) 100g dried super fruits such
