I started out teaching old - school freestyle aerobics and step, but have since moved more toward Les Mills pre-choreographed classes such
as Bodypump, RPM and Bodybalance.
I don't know about your school but mine offers a ton of different exercise classes such
as bodypump, zumba, kickboxing and kettlebell.

bodypump) can influence levels
as well.
