Swords and blades can be useful in cutting damage and executing fast paced attacks, impact weapons like hammers can cause high damage and stun opponents while ranged weapons such
as bowguns allow you to attack beasts from afar.
However, as powerful
as some bowguns appear to be, players will still have to be strategic in using the correct weapon for a certain monster, as these beasts have different strengths and weaknesses.
I doubt my old clan will see this but if any of you remember Cold Iron from back in the day
as a bowgun specialist it will be great hunt with you again.

Bowguns in the game has been revamped to work like a typical third - person shooter along with the gunner class now able to wear the same armor
as melee - weapon users.
