I made these today but had to substitute a few ingredients
as I didn't have everything — I used dried prunes instead of
dates,
chopped almonds and hazelnuts instead of the sunflower seeds and vegetable oil instead of coconut oil.
For
chopping dates and anything dry, make sure you're using a food processor rather than a blender
as a blender really needs a liquid in order to work!
I also used honey instead of maple
as I don't have any in at the moment and chucked in about 5 - 6
chopped up
dates.
