I vote yes for Regan's idea — using the space directly next to the kitchen
as den / play area.
This time around we are going to be tackling our front room, which we plan to use
as a den aka the library and music listening room.
I haven't had to do it yet -LCB- because we don't use the living room as much
as the den -RCB-, but I could see putting a nice quilt or something down.
The solution was moving to a larger condo — a new build with panoramic views and breathing room thanks to a second bedroom and bathroom, as well
as a den.
I still have the photo from last time it was on the market and several of
it as our den / playroom for different perspectives.
I re-imagined the room
