as though you might be the
ectomorph body type.

ectomorph friends and they're able to do different things and have not the same result
as you, not the same ramifications, you got ta just be realistic at the cards you're dealt with.
If your T levels are too low, if you're gonna have a harder time gaining much muscle size and strength, and especially so
as a hardgainer /
ectomorph.
The
ectomorph has a fairly easy time losing fat so they will will generally not need to do
as much cardio for fat loss.

hello there
as far
as i can see i am an
ectomorph.
I read your posts about body types and it comes out that I am an
ectomorph and a mesomorph and a year ago I have done squats and all the things you say to avoid but I don't really remember what happened with my legs but it came out I quit with them and I had really skinny legs after that but I didn't felt they were toned
as much
as their legs are.
The mesomorph is somewhat in between the
ectomorph and the endomorph and
as such, display qualities from both.
I would never be described by anyone
as «fat» but after reading a lot about the different body types, I'm on the heavier end of
ectomorph.
