I used peanut butter and agave nectar as that was in the pantry and used flax gel (1tbsp with 3 tbsp water per egg)
as egg replacer out of curiosity.

egg will need to be subbed
out (for a flax or chia «
egg» or
egg replacer like Ener - G), but I can't say how this will affect the outcome
as I haven't tried it myself.
You could just use flour (although I think they may not turn
out as crispy) or one of these natural
egg replacers.
