For flavor, I sprinkle dry spice on the tofu

as fennel seeds, cumin seeds,
garam masala, or curry powder.
If Rajma is too thick for you, add warm water
as desired and adjust salt and

For variations, try using curry powder instead of or addition to the

It's
as easy
as getting the seasonings fresh from your local Indian supermarket or speciality store, and combining the different seeds for (for example)
garam masala instead of buying it.
Now add all spices (roasted cumin powder, roasted jeera powder,
garam masala, sun dried red chili powder) and mix with all other ingredients and also add salt
as needed
In India, true cardamom is an ingredient of most
garam masala spice blends and flavors sweets, chai (hot tea), and some savory dishes such
as pilaf, dhal, and curries.
As the onions start turning pink and then golden, add the turmeric powder and
