as a gluten free dessert... and they were a smashing success!!!! I substituted
with all purpose GF flour and they were super
moist and rose just like cupcakes are supposed to!
But really, I did mix it
with my fingers, and

I have perfected my cupcakes they are light fluffy and
moist... and good enough that I was able to sell them at a local cafe for 3.00 a piece and could not keep up... anyway the xanthem gum measurements for cakes is supposed to be 1/2 tsp per cup and I only use 1/4 tsp per cup... so I am thinking if I reduce the xanthem in the rolls it would produce an airier roll...
as everyone knows gluten free flours can be expensive... and I wanted to avoid making a failed batch
as bread and cake are a bit different... the 1st batch tased great... just won't leave much room for food due to density...

The important thing
with chocolate cookies, is not to over bake them,
as we want them soft and
moist, not dry.
Moist and cakey
as a good muffin should be
with the flavor of eggnog and topped
with a nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar crumb topping.
I add a bit of oil to keep things
moist (
as I do
with most of my muffins), and honey for extra flavor.
It's been a little while since I made it, but

as I remember, the cake was pretty dense

as there is a caramel layer that helps keep it

as I was making the patties, I did 1/4 ″ patties, spooned some of the thick water on one, then put one on top, then wrapped in parchment and steamed them for about 25 minutes... this gave a satisfying squirt of «greasy» flavor in every bite and they stayed
moist even after sitting for a while.

with 5 tablespoons of sugar and carmelized apples and onions.
I think this can be attributed to the fact that it is the only loaf that used both butter and oil — so it's kind of a pain to make, but if you're after a really soft and
moist loaf that uses a light hand
with the spices, make this bread
as written ASAP.
