Areas recognised
as muck diving destinations are often the best place to find frogfish.
Puri Jati and Kalang Anyar (and the surrounding area) have grown in popularity
as muck diving sites in the last few years and continue to impress photographers with their variety.
Hundreds and hundreds of Chinese Sea Snakes Alor is well known for big fish as well
as muck diving.

As such it offers great
muck diving on the sandier northern side — which is where the main resorts are; and great natural coral reef
diving on pretty much the other three sides.
You find special critters on this
muck diving site such
as frog fish, flying gurnard, octopus, many different types of nudibranchs, Indian ocean walkman and the crocodile fish.
There is also some remarkable

as a shore dive!
When many divers hear «North Sulawesi» they actually think «

As a recent discovery, for me,
muck diving was a pleasant surprise.

as the «Critter Capital of the World» the Lembeh Strait is home to an abundance of unique and rare marine life which thrive on its black sand
