If you're lucky, your vet administers medication and performs other basic procedures onsite, such
as nasogastric tubing, and your horse recovers.
Oral defensiveness is frequently seen in babies who had medical interventions such
as Nasogastric tubes or Ventilators, in babies with severe reflux, and in tongue tied babies, but it is sometimes also seen for no known reason.
