To achieve this, I try to do any exercise
as soon
as possible after pumping and wear two
bras — first a sports
bra and then my
normal nursing
bra on top.
I am about to have my second baby and was really excited to see that they now make nursing
bras, but was disappointed to see that they only make nursing
bras that clasp in front and don't have the ability to tighten or loosen,
as the postpartum rib cage slowly shrinks back down
as everything moves back into its
normal place....
As with any
normal bra, it is crucial to make sure you buy a nursing
bra with straps that are both comfortable and adjustable.
Note that I wasn't able to wear a
normal bra with it,
as it was visible at the edges of the cutout, but a strapless or a demi -
bra solved that problem.
Normal things, such
as finding a top that fits, become more difficult when your bust is not cooperating, which is why investing in a minimizer
bra is one of the only options.
