Gave this one a try for my vegetarian / almost vegan 12 yr old daughter....20 mins later, we are indulging in our 3rd;) Cookie doughish and just as addictive
as any other chocolate chip cookie!
Because it takes the place of shortening in keeping the chocolate more free - flowing and making it more smooth, which is exactly what we're looking for in this dip (here's a great little article about that, as well

chocolate I used didn't have a specific %, just listed cocoa butter
as one of the main ingredients (
as opposed to hydrogenated something or
other like many white baking chips contain).
I add sprinkles and white
chocolate chips to mine, but I never thought to replace the white

As others have indicated, my first attempt was not so successful: I didn't let the water /
chocolate / molasses mixture cool enough, and it killed my yeast.
Allow the
chocolate to sit for a minute (because the popsicles are frozen, the

as directed It was good but I could still get that Cocoa taste I mulled on it for a bit took it out if the fridge put it in a sauce pan and added the following 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 tablespoon light corn syrup and the
other 2 ounces of a 4 ounce giradelle bittersweet bar of
