porridge or adding

But now that winter is approaching, I have been craving
porridge, which consists of a grain or mix of grains such
as oats, quinoa, or amaranth, cooked in plant - based milk.

As a huge lover of

Hi Emily, I have made a variation of your superfoods
porridge leaving out the
oats as I have hypothyroidism and can not have gluten.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring frequently, until the
oats are completely cooked and very soft, adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of water
as needed until a thick
porridge forms, 7 minutes.
Using either
oats or buckwheat, flavours such
as warm apple pie oat
porridge (pictured above) or almond chai buckwheat
porridge became much more nourishing than cereal!
Use old - fashioned / rolled
oats to make this granola, unfortunately
porridge oats will not work
as the consistency is too powdery.
