quiches where I live: 3 eggs with 1/2 cup of dairy for every egg.
* I love
quiche and frittata and those baked egg muffins when they are fresh, but after a couple of hours or a stay in the fridge, the consistency changes and I'm not
as excited about round 2.

As with most
quiches, I like a little fruit on the side, and blueberries are a beautiful contrast for this light, lovely meal.
