I can sort of see the logic: the pressure it applies to the back of the neck could go badly wrong,
as could the
slamming of someone's face into the mat, but I'm not convinced that's any more dangerous than something like the Brogue Kick or Finn Balor's Coup De Grace which involves leaping from the top
rope and bringing both feet down on the opponent's chest.
