Made the
salad as - written except for the tofu (served
as a side with lasagna) and got rave reviews from my
mostly non-vegan family.
We eat a lot of
salads as you can imagine, and its a great change of pace even though it uses
mostly the same ingredients.

While
salad vegetables are
mostly thought of
as being for side
salads, encourage consumers to think about moving those vegetables closer to the center of the plate.
My «no
salad as a meal» rule has a few notable exceptions:
salads served in deep - fried taco shells,
salads that have more croutons than vegetables,
salads that are

as well.
Choices include
mostly Western dishes such
as burgers and
salads, and there are light bites for lunch and dinner

as full meals.
