My ratings go as follows, if we are judging the players of whats expected of them well then every single player was poor except for Cech and Monreal.
Goal 2 Arsenal Tactic — Prevent West Ham getting dangerous possession in the box, if there is a long distance shot you can not block, ensure maximum visibility Cech Response — Misjudge the player's body position, position self to dive for the far post, hop a moment late as misjudged player's wind up for the shot and be forced to dive a moment late Verdict — Arsenal can't stop every single shot but we limited West Ham to pot shots.
But only Bould knows for sure and if the zonal or mixed marking system is that vague and confusing as you also suggest, then that also confuses the issue of which single player was at fault and needs to improve — it is a only confusion.
However as Leicester showed last season, the strength, fight and passion given by every single player helped to keep their title charge running all the way until the end and that's exactly what the Gunners need to show this season, if we want to come out on top in a very competitive Premier League.
Cesc was definitely not our missing link and as I have said elsewhere if I could nick a single Chelsea player to play for us Cesc would not be in top 6 of those I'd take; I'd take Courtois, Cahill, probably Azpillicueta, Matic, Hazard or Costa over him all day every day if I wanted a significant upgrade for us.
But I maintain if he is not in the same stature as Suarez, Ibra or Aguero who can single handedly drag us over the line like RVP did, we are just gambling around and maybe an expensive gamble too, we have players of our own we can gamble on, if in doubt, put Walcott and Lacazette on the market and let's who get's snapped up first.
If Wenger allows Burnley to finish above Arsenal it will go down as the single biggest mis - management of this club in our history bar none.Burnley are a small town club with limited expectations but it shows what Good Management with Tatical Nous can do.Not a single Burnley player would get anywhere near our SQUAD let alone team and yet we are looking over our shoulder as they continue to over perform. And exactly WHO is the so called novice manager?
Lionel Messi has singled out Denis Suarez and Carles Alena as two players who could potentially replace Andres Iniesta in the Barcelona squad if the 33 - year - old departs the club in the summer.
There's only a little a single player can do if the team does not defend as a unit.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
Wilshere was good if you compare his stats to the 10/11 season he has regressed in every single department except sucessful dribbles (how ever his successfull dribble % has decreased as now he attemps too many dribbles and just runs hopelessly into opposition players) and goals scored has increased.
RB - We need a replacement right back Bellerin can not be play every single game and if Jenkison can not make it as a regular player at West ham then he should get rid of him.
If like the last two seasons we are going to go for a single world class player then we could possible go for Pogba, but that would still leave potential problems in central defense and striker positions and possibly Goalkeeper as well.
But when people are saying we should sign X-player who contributed well last season while playing every single game for «depth» sure, on paper it looks great, but a lot of players hit patches of form that may not necessarily be given that opportunity here, as there may be someone else in the squad who hits the ground running and contributes straight away... If Coquelin, Arteta, Flamini, Wilshere, Ramsey, AOC, Ozil, Cazorla, Rosicky are all fit and firing, I think you're sorely mistaken if you think anything but a truly world - class midfielder would be looking at those names and not potentially evaluating their first - team opportunitieIf Coquelin, Arteta, Flamini, Wilshere, Ramsey, AOC, Ozil, Cazorla, Rosicky are all fit and firing, I think you're sorely mistaken if you think anything but a truly world - class midfielder would be looking at those names and not potentially evaluating their first - team opportunitieif you think anything but a truly world - class midfielder would be looking at those names and not potentially evaluating their first - team opportunities.
Now I think there is still reasons to be cheerful, I agree Man C & Chelski have spent & bought some good players, we all understand that 5 of those teams might be in the CL proper which is a huge distraction for those 4 - 5 teams.Chelsea will not be able to field the same 13 - 14 players all season, as for Man C they were very frail at the back last season, add to that 2 flying wing backs and I'm not sure they will be any better this coming season.LFC will most probably have CL as well if they qualify and haven't exactly bought great players apart from Salah who could be a good aquasistion for them.Spuds have sold a good player & strengthened a rival & still not bought a single player yet, Man U have bought 2 good players & in Lukaku have a proven goal scorer in the PL but if they play the same dour way they did last season & with the added games the CL brings will they perform week in week out in the league??? As for Everton yes they have released a lot of players and also brought in a lot too to give better quality in the squad as they have Europa league the same as US the big difference is I think we will play squad players & youngsters maybe with a few senior players all the way up to the QF This tells me most of our rivals will pave the way for us to field pretty much the same side every weekend in the PL thus giving us an advantage over all the other 5 teams playing in the CL & Europa, just remember the League has been won in the last 2 seasons by teams NOT in Europe YES we are this season but I think Wenger will put all his eggs in the League basket and field an under strength side in all comps hence focusing on the League until we are no longer in the racas for Man C they were very frail at the back last season, add to that 2 flying wing backs and I'm not sure they will be any better this coming season.LFC will most probably have CL as well if they qualify and haven't exactly bought great players apart from Salah who could be a good aquasistion for them.Spuds have sold a good player & strengthened a rival & still not bought a single player yet, Man U have bought 2 good players & in Lukaku have a proven goal scorer in the PL but if they play the same dour way they did last season & with the added games the CL brings will they perform week in week out in the league??? we always sell our best players, has been a norm at Arsenal, leaving behind the «yes boss» ones that don't question a single thing as long the account gets full at the end of the week no matter if they played or not, or if they played well or not, they don't care..
he's missed so many players by penny pinching even a single million pounds as if it's from his rich bank account
i'll be honest, i'll be gutted if we go out tonight.when you look at the teams left in the carling cup only man utd & villa possibly stand in our way from winning it.i honestly reckon that if it was an arsenal v man utd final every single arsenal fan would be up for it, i know i would.the good thing is as well the carling cup final is in feb and winning it could give huge confidence to the squad especially if we are in contention for the other trophies.the biggest thing that worries me is injuries to key players, but imagine arsenal parading the cup at wembley and every one of those players having a winners medal on their sideboard, the team's belief would be an all - time high.while i agree with you that the 3 other trophies are more important, but don't you think it was great to hear wenger being positive.i thought it sent out a message of intent and belief although we all know it's difficult winning one trophy besides 4.

It's only fallen out of favour recently because of a glitch: if you lose your portal into wherever you were in the infinitely deep dungeon (the Shadow Vault), you have to start it all over again, it seems (at which point you might as well make a new character...) It's unclear from the information provided if these missions will reward players with new NPCs that can staff up their home base Hopefully it will as it sounds like there aren't a lot of opportunities in the single - player to get new staff, so this would be a more ideal way to buff up your base.

If you don't want reviewers to bash your game for not giving the online mode a chance, then make the single player just as engaging or a good companion to the online mode.
Good saving, it's a shame you only pay what you can on a single and multi player game on ps4 on a multi player only game if you get the Titenfall bundle, which you might as well, the game being «Free» with it.
I don't know if I'm prepared to say that I would ever spend full price on just a single player that was like this but I would definitely pick it up in the future by itself if they ever did something like this as just a single player only title had I would even go as far as to say if they had two more stories I would probably consider purchasing full price day one.
«Always have and always will prefer a good single player over a good multiplayer but of late companies have decided that multiplayer is more important then single player which i think is wrong because i would much prefer to play 15 hours on single player then Multiplayer but don't get me wrong i do enjoy multiplayer games such as gears of war, call of duty and halo but i think i would enjoy them more if there single player was up to the standard of there multiplayer.»
Simple as that, but to do this you need 2 characters playing, but if your not simply save your single - player character, play multiplayer, follow the steps above and save it, and there we go!
There is, of course, the single player story mode, and as if it weren't enough to have one that was already as enjoyable as this one is, NetherRealm have also added branching paths and alternate endings to it, adding a great deal to its replayability.
DJArcas: Until the patch comes, out, if you have an awesome single player map, don't join any multiplayer games, as it'll wipe your world!
You can call it sarcasm if you like but whatever you disguise it as it just screams trolling to anybody other than extreme sony loyalists; simply because your logic is flawed given the fact that Alan Wake is a single player story driven themed game unlike KZ2 which is a straight up shooter and YES any shooter experience is tailor made for co-op (or more).
If you've ever been curious about trying out an online ARPG but don't know where to start, here's our quick - and - dirty guide through four titles that are bridging the gap between MMOs and single - player ARPGs (such as the excellent Torchlight II and Titan Quest).
I agree with everything you said Randy, and I too fear for the future of the series if this does turn out to be terrible, but I feel that as long as Todd Howard is around we will still get awesome single player elder scrolls games because I think Todd Howard knows what the fans of the series want.
Now onto the Single player mode or the «single player upgrade» if you've purchased the multiplayer edition, this is basically the same as a private match in multiplayer, you play one of the multiplayer selections against AI on top of that you have survival mode which was rather confusing, my idea of the game was a normal FPS game with zombies implemented so you can't camp, when you're playing the survival mode the full area has some sort of gas which will kill you if you don't get out of it, you get sent to different air pockets which open up in a set area per round, this meaning you have to camp in the air bubble and take on the hordes of zombies approaching, I've played a few zombie fps games in my days and always wanted to move around, create a train and take them out, on top of that ammo drops or weapon drops are in said bubbles and lack in quality, I wasn't impressed with the survival mode implementation and wouldn't advise any horde fans to even look Single player mode or the «single player upgrade» if you've purchased the multiplayer edition, this is basically the same as a private match in multiplayer, you play one of the multiplayer selections against AI on top of that you have survival mode which was rather confusing, my idea of the game was a normal FPS game with zombies implemented so you can't camp, when you're playing the survival mode the full area has some sort of gas which will kill you if you don't get out of it, you get sent to different air pockets which open up in a set area per round, this meaning you have to camp in the air bubble and take on the hordes of zombies approaching, I've played a few zombie fps games in my days and always wanted to move around, create a train and take them out, on top of that ammo drops or weapon drops are in said bubbles and lack in quality, I wasn't impressed with the survival mode implementation and wouldn't advise any horde fans to even look single player upgrade» if you've purchased the multiplayer edition, this is basically the same as a private match in multiplayer, you play one of the multiplayer selections against AI on top of that you have survival mode which was rather confusing, my idea of the game was a normal FPS game with zombies implemented so you can't camp, when you're playing the survival mode the full area has some sort of gas which will kill you if you don't get out of it, you get sent to different air pockets which open up in a set area per round, this meaning you have to camp in the air bubble and take on the hordes of zombies approaching, I've played a few zombie fps games in my days and always wanted to move around, create a train and take them out, on top of that ammo drops or weapon drops are in said bubbles and lack in quality, I wasn't impressed with the survival mode implementation and wouldn't advise any horde fans to even look at it.
I agree with earlier commenters about the possibility of a single player / bot mode — if nothing else, just to get the feel of the different ships, as well as learn some efficient strategies for winning / capturing territory (more than just the basic tutorial).
Now if you're playing in single player you will have to control two chefs, and you can choose a controller layout to suit you by either controlling one chef at a time, and switching between them using the LB / RB buttons, or using a split controller layout, with which you control one chef with the left side of the pad and the other with the right side of the pad, and as far as I'm concerned you're a genius if you can do the latter.
