spaghetti squash is a delicious vegetable that looks like
pasta but has its unique characteristics, so squash is squash, has always been squash and will always be squash and should be enjoyed
as squash..
I know we chatted about
spaghetti squash this past week, but
as much I love
spaghetti squash, it's not
pasta.

I love mixing
spaghetti squash with regular
spaghetti so that you get the same texture
as pasta, but with fewer calories in every bite!
Spaghetti squash does not taste like regular
pasta, but can be used
as a healthy gluten free substitute.

I just had the
spaghetti squash
pasta yesterday
as part of my lunch and I froze it before hand and reheated it yesterday and it turned out just fine!
You can also swap out
spaghetti for another thin
pasta, such
as linguine or capellini.

I've made it with brown rice
pasta, which is an excellent and nutritions gluten - free alternative to wheat
spaghetti and tastes just

There are times though when I crave something filling and satisfying like
pasta — but not
as heavy — so these

We like to use
spaghetti squash
as a sort of healthy alternative to
pasta.
Now I know
as well
as the next guy that
spaghetti squash isn't the same
as pasta.
So this low - calorie veggie is commonly spiralised and substituted for
pasta in dishes such
as this courgette
spaghetti recipe.
Since
spaghetti squash is inherently sweet
as well, I recommend a spicy
pasta sauce like arrabbiata to balance out this dish.
This low carb, low calorie alternative is the perfect
pasta substitute
as it closely resembles

I also add a dash more
pasta water to each, because the

As she was describing it, I thought to myself, I always make
spaghetti sauce, but no other kind of sauce to go with
pasta (besides pesto).
I do like
spaghetti squash
as a
pasta replacement, but this is a good way to introduce it to those who, like you, need some convincing

pastas when possible — they're healthier than white

as well dry
pasta, and jars or cans of
