I made this low carb dish for my family because they often do keto diets and want to eat comforting recipes such
as spaghetti sauce with noodles.
Added sugars are often hidden in foods that we don't even consider to be sweet, such
as spaghetti sauce.
Should they be dis - allowed in items such
as spaghetti sauce, Spanish rice, chili, sloppy joe?
Use
it as a Spaghetti Sauce, Breadstick Dip, or even Pizza Sauce!

While she's probably not wrong in that it's likely hovering near the end - point, I would like to just take a moment to point out that most of this whole affair has been fuelled by weak -
sauce allegations and conflated facts, and this particular air of desperation
as people keep flinging the equivalent of
spaghetti against a wall in the hope that something inevitably sticks.

These
spaghetti squash chicken boats are not super spicy, but for my little family they are just right
as I have young kids, so feel free to increase the amount of hot
sauce to suite your taste.
If your pulp is mostly vegetable, such
as with a spinach, kale or carrot juice, add it to your
spaghetti sauce.
You definitely could try, but the
sauce is a bit thick for the thin
spaghetti squash so I wouldn't use

Which is kind of ironic, because I've never really been one to blindly order a meat - heavy
sauce; in most cases when given the choice between strands of fettuccine smothered with creamy alfredo and a mountain of
spaghetti and meatballs, I'll choose the cream
sauce without even so much
as giving a second glance to the latter.

sauce to compliment the light squash.

I didn't start my

as good..

sauce for a hot minute, then the squash gets added and you top the whole thing off with a healthy amount of cheese.

This low carb, low calorie alternative is the perfect pasta substitute
as it closely resembles

I've used them
as part of breakfast sandwiches in an English muffin with egg and cheese, on top of
spaghetti squash with
sauce, or salad greens with some hummus and salsa in place of dressing.
Roasted
spaghetti squash seeds are blended with chicken drippings and braised onions to make a silky
sauce that serves
as the base of this plate.
I also add a dash more pasta water to each, because the
