Hi Richard, almost all the the recipes in the book are brand new and exclusive to the book with some exceptions such
as the sweet potato brownie recipe, the stir fry and the almond and chia balls.

I personally prefer using it for the
sweet potato brownie recipe
as opposed to agave.
Also, I find 5 or even 6 generous tablespoons of cacao powder work better than 4
as they make the
brownies much more chocolaty and disguise the
sweet potato flavour a bit better.
The book is filled with over a hundred amazing recipes, almost all of which are totally new — plus I've included a couple of old favourites from the blog, including

brownies and superfood bread
as I know that none of us can live without those!
I regularly make your original
sweet potato brownies (usually I add more cacao to make them more chocolaty) and love those
as well, but these are even better!!!
