think coconut milk would probably work fine, but you might want to add little extra sweetener
as I don't
think it would be

think the problem was just the cocoa v cacao
as cacao is so much stronger so you need way more cocoa and my quantities wouldn't have been right at all hence the
sweet potato flavour!

sweet, I added more cream and some brown sugar along with some set honey to balance the flavours, its delicious but has that bitter caramel note, one that I love but that I didn't expect from this recipe.
