For example, the Board may withdraw its proposed action, if the
licensee admits guilt and accepts a lesser sanction, such
as a reprimand; or the Board may allow the Respondent to
maintain their innocence but will accept corrective action sanctions such
as additional training, prolonged supervision, or some combination amenable to the Board.
Failure of the
licensee, registered intern, or certificateholder to
maintain in confidence a communication made by a patient or client in the context of such services, except
as provided in s. 491.0147.
