as tidal effects and the ongoing subsidence, or sinking, of the land, can play a more important role.
Taking into account the factors mentioned above, as well
as tidal effects from other planets, the team concluded that Venus's axis could have shifted to a variety of positions throughout the planet's evolution.

He also adds: «The
tidal effect on an asteroid, which rapidly rotates under the gravitational field of a planet, can fragment these objects or release large rocks from its surface, which could then become such dangerous projectiles at a local scale

as the moon's gravity causes high and low tide on earth.
However, the discovery in 2015 of an oscillation in Enceladus's rotation known
as a libration, which is linked to
tidal effects, suggests that it has a global ocean and a much thinner ice shell than predicted, with a mean thickness of around 20 km.

These two features have disastrous consequences
as far
as their ultimate fate is concerned, because open clusters are not sufficiently gravitationally bound to be able to withstand the disruptive
tidal effects in the Galaxy (see star cluster: Open clusters).
The rest of the film can be rejected, even at the intellectually contemptible level of disaster flicks, for such inept conceptions
as a volcano that throws fireballs nowhere except straight at the hotel, and a
tidal wave that must be only about one block wide, for all that the tranquil sea views from just up the beach indicate; and for trembly special
effects the like of which hasn't been seen since the DeLuxe Color Allens at the turn of the Sixties.
I'm not saying there's direct cause and

tidal wave of dire pronouncements about the imminent unraveling of the earth's climate and ecosystems several years ago hit a shore and rebounded in a way that now threatens to inundate the source.

The present warming phase is now around 15000 years old in its obvious
effects, perhaps 20000 in overall duration, and is leading back,

effects in an observable manner.

as LOD is influenced by
tidal effects from the Sun and Moon and ENSO, zonal winds etc are also to some extent modulated by the same
tidal effects the same influence shows up in both.

as the 14
tidal stations are mostly free of urban heat
effect, all are at sea level and are well scattered around Australia, they may be more accurate than any other land - based data.
This feature alone can be used
as a daily forecast, for the next 18 years, from the repeatability of the global circulation patterns driven by the moon's
tidal effects and modulated by the passing of the outer planets heliocentricly.
