I suffer from Crohn's disease and decided a radical change of diet might be a very good idea, especially
as I'm such a sugar lover, So I've cut out sugar (was already gluten - free, and a
veggie) and have
stuck to good, healthy Ella - type food for the last week.it's already made a massive difference.
It's also amazing
as a dip (using less water) for your sweet potato fries or
veggie sticks.
We ate it on bread and with bread chips, I dipped
