As amazing
as warm cookies are I must admit that my favorite type of cookies is in fact cookie dough.
Not exact matches
I left the batter the same each time, but changed the cinnamon / sugar application: 1)
as per the recipe, 2) rolled in cinnamon and sugar before baking (like a snickerdoodle
cookie), and 3) tossed with powdered sugar and cinnamon while
warm.
As I took my first bite, still
warm from the oven, I analyzed the flavor, comparing it against the
cookies I have filed away in my memory from so long ago.
As for my kitchen, this
cookie will probably be the last of the winter
warm - spiced sweets that will be coming out of it before the light citrus and floral flavors take over.
The chocolate in the center will ooze
as long
as the
cookie is
warm.

as you ate them; for most of the
cookies, the cayenne left your mouth
