Yes add more cashews and maple syrup instead, you could add
as well avocado instead of bananas but the color would be different, so the easiest way is just replacing the bananas with cashews and maple syrup.

However, if you have diabetes / pre-diabetes and you are including bananas
as part of a whole meal then I would just balance them with some healthy fat (
avocados, nuts, etc.) You could have a banana on top of a piece of sprouted whole grain toast with some almond butter and that would be a
good option.

I would love to see more savoury recipes with
avocados, only because I know how
well they can be used
as substitutes in desserts, but the only savoury recipe I know is guacamole and when
