Unfortunately I'm not an expert on gluten free
yeast breads, but I think a gluten - free flour blend (like from Bob's Red Mill) might
work as a substitution for the spelt.
Instead of the
yeast I used some baking soda and that
worked very good
as well.
If there is not enough sugar in a particular flour,
