as your breastmilk levels are constantly changed by your body (you might want to do this for comfort though).

In fact, nutrients such
as protein and fat show an increase in concentration in the
breastmilk when toddlers nurse, and the antibody
levels rise also in the second year.
Caffeine is given directly to premature babies (
as a treatment for breathing problems) in much higher
levels than than those generally found in the
breastmilk of mothers who consume caffeine.
Supplements of vitamin C for a mother do not significantly alter the amounts in
breastmilk,
as they remain fairly constant no matter what mother's intake
levels (assuming the mother is not vitamin - C deficient).
Other micronutrients (such
as folate, calcium, iron, copper, and zinc) remain at relatively high
levels in
breastmilk even when the mother's reserves are low.
Though there are ways to do so safely like drinking the beverage while you are nursing so the alcohol
levels are sure to drop (so long
