Add
the asafoetida powder and turmeric powder once the onions turn pink and saute until the onion start turning golden.
Add the ginger and ginger garlic paste, chillies and
asafoetida powder, and fry them until the raw smell of ginger disappears.
Take a large bowl and add chickpea flour, sprouts, salt, chilly flakes,
asafoetida powder, turmeric powder and stir with a fork to combine all the ingredients.
Add curry leaves,
asafoetida powder and pour this tempering over the Gobbi Kootu.
Add the coriander powder, fenugreek powder,
asafoetida powder, and turmeric powder.
