Questionnaires were used to
ascertain sociodemographic history, disease and lifestyle history, obstetric history, breastfeeding history, and history of use of oral contraceptives.
All
sociodemographic covariates were
ascertained from the national opinion panel data with the exception of educational level and marital status, which were
ascertained from the prenatal questionnaire.
