After all at the end of the day, isn't a superhero
movie supposed to be about men and
women in tights having fun, saving the world kicking a whole lot of
ass doing so?
And soon enough we're back to the explosions, chases, battle sequences, kickin» -
ass montages, and pointless romantic subplots that we've come to expect from these
movies, the latter of which comes
in the form of Phillips's right - hand
woman, Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell).
She brought The
Woman in Black to the screen, turned Neil Gaiman's Stardust into a delightful fantasy film, and wrote Kick -
Ass, X-Men: First Class and both Kingsman
movies with Matthew Vaughn.
Noah then praised Black Panther for its cast of strong female characters, saying, «Every single
woman in that
movie is just like, badass African
women kicking
ass.
