I love that it seems to keep me from getting very hungry and I am satisfied with much less food at every meal.

Of course, growing up eating Greek food, I'd had it a handful of times, but I didn't really fall in love with it until our trip to Greece last year where it graced pretty much every menu at every single restaurant.

And with the help of the Internet, cookbooks, and a ton of food television, I started to tackle each of the prepared foods I loved at home.
