I don't think that's unheard of, but if you continue to gain weight after that, I'd look closely
at your
diet to make calorie
adjustments.
If you already exercise but still not losing weight then it may be your
diet that needs to be looked
at, but if you are eating healthy and proper portions etc then the only
adjustments you need to make would be to your exercise routine.

at the composition of the
diet instead of absolute intake, in other words, fruit and vegetable intake relative to other individuals with the same total daily energy intake.
Sure, I could lie to you and say that a ketogenic
diet is a painless way to lose weight, but I am not going to do that.What I will promise you is that initially
at least, this is going to be a serious
adjustment to make.
