My last point and Im out... Throughout our great nations history... we always found a way to fight through national issues and come up with solutions... Giving the problems we have now to people
in the 50's and 60's... and they may actually come up with a solution... if you earnestly care about making a change... start
at the lowest
levels of government... go do something... find out costs... expenses... how to get more health care to people... do things like that... quit waiting on the government to provide all the answers... its not the way this country was founded... and not the way we get through problems... If you or ur family does nt have insurance... get a job that can provide you that... instead
of hoping the government will do so... If you or ur family lacks access to
education... move to an area that excels
at it...
education is invaluable... Do something about your problem... and quit waiting for the next big lotto...

I think it is time for the NFL, as the professional league
in the sport which experiences the largest number
of concussions by far, to demonstrate
in a tangible way its commitment to concussion safety and
education, both for its players, for the players
at the youth
level who emulate them, and the parents whose job it is to keep them safe.
To assess the robustness
of the results
of our regression analysis, we performed covariate adjustment with derived propensity scores to calculate the absolute risk difference (details are provided
in the Supplementary Appendix, available with the full text
of this article
at NEJM.org).14, 15 To calculate the adjusted absolute risk difference, we used predictive margins and G - computation (i.e., regression - model — based outcome prediction
in both exposure settings: planned
in - hospital and planned out -
of - hospital birth).16, 17 Finally, we conducted post hoc analyses to assess associations between planned out -
of - hospital birth and outcomes (cesarean delivery and a composite
of perinatal morbidity and mortality), which were stratified according to parity, maternal age, maternal
education, and risk
level.
Area and individual maternal characteristics included country
of residence, ward type, socioeconomic status, ethnicity (defined by Office for National Statistics guidelines and classified for this analysis as British / Irish white3 or
of other ethnic origin), maternal age
in years
at cohort child's birth,
level of education (attainment
of qualification
at GCSE grade G or above), parity (whether cohort child is first live birth), and lone parent status.
