Being a stay
at home mom does not necessarily mean that you can not engage in any money making activity.
As my boys sat enjoying their lunch a few days ago, I decided to do what 99.9 % of stay
at home moms do when they have 6.25 minutes of «down time.»
Working moms... stay
at home moms we do a lot!
What stay
at home moms do every day working women have to cram in on their days off..
Working moms do double, if not triple what stay
at home moms do.
Now I'm not endorsing that both get power careers and leave the child completely unattended, but I have contact with plenty of stay home moms as my child attends a very affluent private school and many of those stay at home moms don't do squat after the kids are dropped off other than yoga.
You can imagine, being a stay at home mom I don't get as much adult interaction as before, so I totally cherish my girl time!
Stay
at home moms do provide a valuable service to the family and her contribution would be sorely missed.

My husband and I together decided I would become a stay -

home mom, and it's a decision I don't regret.

I don't relate well to lots of those
moms... so I guess my front - loaded question really is, how
do you integrate into or even participate in the community of stay -
at -
home parents?

mom does the same thing, and I SO miss living

mom in all her wisdom said to make the whole recipe so we
did and
at the end of the night I sent her
home with half of the cake (we'd polished off a fourth) and now as I'm sitting here I totally regret that.
Personally, I don't think that stay
at home moms (or anyone else, for that matter) should be shoveling when the thermometer's broken and the 2 or 3 that ought to be in front of the 5 is missing.

It was very useful.Some people add milk to make it more soft and sweet.Some people use Yogurt too.When keeping the dough to rest for 1/2 hour my
mom use to cover the vessel with a damp (not very wet) cloth.I think it will prevent moisture from escaping.Applying a small amount of ghee

For someone who works full time and doesn't get

I don't think my
mom was ever exposed to tacos and refried beans until we were

Given that, I can see that a huge swath of society would feel a whole lot better if women would just get with the program like their
moms did — marry, stay
at home and manage the kids while bringing in some income.

They don't seem to remember that while I am a stay -

home mom, I'm also a single

done (which would be a lot more practical for this

do at home in her jammies).
A mother who is going back to the workplace full - time is certainly going to
do a lot more pumping than a
mom who's staying
at home and offers the baby an occasional bottle.
Education during pregnancy rarely has anything serious to
do with breastfeeding, and since breastfeeding is perceived by most pre-parenthood women to be a natural, instinctive thing instead of a learned behavior (on both
mom & baby's part) if it doesn't go absolutely perfectly from the first moments they may feel something is wrong with THEM and clam up about it while quietly giving the baby the hospital - offered bottle along with the bag of formula samples they give out «just in case» even if you explicitly tell them you're breastfeeding (which was my experience with my firstborn in 2004 and one of the many highly informed reasons I chose to birth my next two
at home).
Even when I
did go back to work, I was still physically touching her 14 hours out of 24, which is probably more than most stay
at home moms who use strollers, cribs and bouncy seats.
