Those on low - carb diets (we're looking
at you keto) are at more risk of fiber deficiency because a lot of fiber is found in grains and fruits.

In fact, the
Keto diet has an overall score of just 1.9 out of 5, or tied for last place on the list
at # 39.
That said, I've found that a modified
keto diet is so easy to execute and cravings disappear to the degree that I don't need or take any cheat days
at all.

Still staying
at over 1 kilo per week which is quite good considering I am now very close to having been on the
keto diet for 5 months (started in 4th of February).
