spice on the mind these days...
at least from the looks of the blogosphere this morning anyway
I've made this recipe
at least a few times a year for the past 10 years and
thought it was good and always enjoyed it, but I decided to mix things up a little this time and throw some chipotle peppers in adobo sauce in there to
spice things up!
I do
think that I will need to stay on the AIP (or
at least the way I'm implementing it now, which allows for seed - based
spices and occasional nuts and seeds) for a long time — I'm
thinking years.
The food was delicious comfort food and our menu included cheddar biscuits with honey butter (I am still
thinking about these),
spiced broccolini, Mary's chicken and a macaroni that must have had
at least three types of cheese in it.
