If you're not very good

To accomplish the perfect winged eyeliner, use a
liquid liner — start on the lash line
at the pupil and work your way towards the corners.

liquid liner at this price.
This includes just a touch of
liquid liner with a thin flick
at the outer corners of the eyes, a coat (or two) of mascara and a glossy, natural looking lip (I love Urban Decay Naked Lipgloss in Walk of Shame).
When you combine subtly winged lids — a small upward flick drawn with
liquid liner at the outer corners — with a perfectly painted red lip, you've got a look that's glamorous yet still totally wearable.
This Stila
liquid liner is the only one I've used so far that stays on all day on its own (and I've gone through pretty much that entire «best sellers» eye
liners stand
at Sephora).
It was strange to use it
at first, but then I got used to it and I don't want to use any other
liquid eye
liner.
The
liquid liner did provide
at least 12 hours of coverage, so it is a long wearing
liner and its waterproof!
At the very end, he uses a
liquid liner with a «tar» consistency and a fine brush to do a final eyeliner swoop, then grooms the brows with clear gel, brow pencil, and eye shadow.
Finish by tracing your lash line with a black eye pencil, then adding a precise wing
at the corners of the eye with a smudge - proof black
liquid liner.
With a matching purple
liquid liner that won't smudge, trace a winged
liner at the corner of each eye, then add some faux lashes to the bottom lash line.

liquid won't work and pencil is too creamy), apply to the upper lash line
at the very root of the lash from underneath.
I carefully lined my upper lash line with
liquid liner, creating a short wing
at the end for some added flare.
Instead, point your chin up and look down, so your lids are half - closed but you can still see them, and use a
liquid liner, like Lancôme Artliner ($ 31, sephora.com), which won't pull
at skin.
The fix: Avoid being late to brunch, work, or anywhere by using the angle of your lower lash line as a guide for your flick, and placing a dot
at the outer corner of each eye before using your
liquid liner to make sure the sides match up.
It's like a pen, so even if you're not so good
at using
liquid liner or creating a wing, this will make it SO much easier to do it.
