Soak the nuts overnight in salt water and then allow them to thoroughly dry by roasting
at your lowest oven temperature or use a dehydrator.
this recipe was great in that it did not require hours

I made these in a pan (sadly no storage room for a griddle, yet...), so I could only do a few
